This is my go to recipe when I need a delicious tasty snack in a hurry and I really haven’t got it in me to start cooking anything complicated ☺️

I love using this guacamole, but you could of course use home-made too if you have some minutes to spare 🥑

You could be making this delicious quesadilla in no time!

Look I’m not saying Mozzalloumi will solve ALL your problems.. but it could definitely help with a few!

Fried cheese definitely makes me feel better about life, and it’s plant-based so it’s basically a vegetable, right?! 😂

I don’t know about you..

… but I’m struggling to feel enthusiastic about lunches at the moment! I love a salad but sometimes you want something a bit more substantial 🌱

This pesto mozzalloumi flatbread feels like a proper meal but not so heavy that you need a lie down for a siesta afterwards 🧀❤️

Crispy, gooey mozzalloumi slices with herby vegan pesto, peppery rocket and tangy pickled onion is the perfect combination for a brighten summary lunch ☀️

I found a vegan pesto in the shops for a quick shortcut but if you have a load of basil homemade is also delicious! 🌿

We’re having a Summer Party next Thursday 6th August The Alpaca 🙌

And I’ve been having a great time planning all of the food..

There will be canapés! Including these with my special salt-baked carrot salmon and dill cream cheese 🌿

Layered chive ricottas! One of my all time fave cheeses, I can’t wait to share these with you! 🌱

More canapés - love me a blue cheese and fig moment 🥰

There will be vats of Nacho Dip and crisps - pub snack of champions 🙌

I’ve been growing edible flowers all summer and you better believe I’ll be decorating some homemade cheeses with them 🌸🧀🌱

Is it mad to try to make enough Babybels for a whole room of people? LET’S FIND OUT!

The wonderful Alpaca team are going to make some cheesy chips* using our new melty cheese - actually cannot wait! 🤤
