Alongside our weekly delivery of Isle of Wight Tomatoes and our selection of creamy mozzarella or crumbly feta with drizzle of fig balsamic

And Relax…. 🛀

After a hard days graft in the garden - because that’s what Mr F wanted to spend his birthday doing … I have escaped for a relaxing bath and discovered I still had a 5ml sample of Olverum 🌿 Natural Wellbeing bath oil in my bathroom cabinet - I knew I was saving it for a special occasion and I think my poor aching muscles deserve a treat!

I’ve been on a training course this week to learn all about their incredible products so if there’s anything you need to know about the fabulous range we stock - including their bath oil complete with royal warrant just ask!

But not for the next hour 😴

We have something new and very exciting in our drinks chiller this week!

When chocolate is made, the white fruit pulp surrounding the cacao bean is usually discarded. In fact, around 70% of the cacao fruit is binned at source

TRASH takes that forgotten fruit and turns it into a refreshing, naturally sweet superfruit water

Made from rescued cacao fruit
No added sugar
A source of vitamin C
Naturally occurring electrolytes

😋 And it tastes gorgeous!

The flavour is light, fresh and tropical - we think it’s somewhere between coconut water and pineapple juice - really refreshing!

We’re partial to the idea of turning something that would have been waste into something this good!
