My dinner this evening 🥰

A delicious spring salad using fresh roasted organic asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and seasoning

Salad leaves fresh from the farm dressed with mayo and wholegrain mustard with a dash of lemon juice

Fresh, Delicious and full of all the good stuff!
