Do you have a favourite way of cooking?
I like to keep it simple…
1. Strip back the corn so only a few layers remain.
2. Rinse under the cold tap
3. Microwave for 3 minutes.

Peel & eat off the cob.
No need for butter or seasoning - it’s fantastic as it is!!

It’s almost there, but we’ve also started picking the first sweetcorn 🌽.
Not a lot there yet, but by next weekend there will be plenty.
