Using only the "Nice Bits" of just Lean Pork, Pork Fat, Rusk and a secret blend ratio of nine herbs and spices (known only to myself and my daughter Charlie) we have produced a unique product that is quite simply delicious. Sliced and either fried without oil or baked this pudding will finish off the best cooked breakfasts that Hampshire or any other county has to offer.

It's been a long time since I made any Hampshire Hog Pudding, the new E Liquid business got in the way somewhat. However all the machinery has been purchased to make it on a grand scale and it will be coming to market some time soon.

Two of my friends who like Hampshire Hog Pudding took some from me to take to the restaurants they work in to let the bosses try it.

Guess what ............

They never managed to take it into work, the temptation was too much and ate the lot!!
