East Neuk Cooks I make delicious, fresh, hand-made & home cooked food for one and deliver to your door. I am a one-w I now deliver my home-made meals to the whole of Fife.

East Neuk Cooks was established seven years ago delivering
freshly prepared home cooked meals for families and visitors
to the East Neuk of Fife. In the last two years with all the changes we have had during
the covid pandemic I realised that there was a great need for my
customers who wanted home-cooked meals for one, that could
be delivered and easy to heat in minutes. It is important to me

to use Fife produce and suppliers as much
as possible and that my packaging is all easy to recycle. I am a
one-woman band and source all my ingredients, cook them,
freeze them, pack and label them myself and then I deliver
them to my customers door. With the success of my single portion ‘Meal in a Tray’ range
I have increased my menu and also added on some tasty
desserts too!

Stacey’s family regret to inform you that she died peacefully at her parent’s home in Cupar, surrounded by her family on Sunday 26th February 2023 after a short illness. Funeral service on Tuesday 14th March in Kirkcaldy Crematorium at 2.15 to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, may be made at crematorium doors towards Fife Cat Shelter.

Message To All My Customers

it is with great sadness that due to ill health I am having to close my business.

I have had so much enjoyment from my work and been given so many opportunities to meet and get to know my wonderful customers. I have loved working with some fantastic food professionals, cafes and suppliers.

I will be selling off all my stock this month with a 30% reduction, the last date to order will be Thursday 26th January with the last delivery dates being the weekend of the 28th & 29th January 2023.

I would like to thank you all for your support over the years.

This is information for bird keepers from the Animal and Plant Health Agency, after a recently confirmed case of Avian Influenza in Ladybank.

Our pop-up cafe in Ceres will reopen its doors at 10am on Tuesday 10th January.

This will be the first day of our new menu to help people through the cost of living crisis. You will now be able to get a lunch and hot drink for £1 per person.

Please come along and support us on our first day of 2023.

Our pop-up cafe will be open every Tuesday between 10am and 3pm at The Village Cafe, Ceres. Our amazing soup and cakes are provided by East Neuk Cooks

☃️☃️ Due to all of your wonderful orders I have decided to match them and donate the same amount to the East Neuk Centre Trust Community Fridge.☃️☃️

In total because of all of you I am delivering 48 Christmas dinner packages to those who need it most. Thanks to you ❤️

If any body knows of someone in need this Christmas please donate what you can to your local food bank or community hub.
