One of the best things about local events like this is the opportunity to support so many fantastic small businesses, local makers, talented performers and community groups. New flavour available Great staughton’s food and craft market this Saturday

Please come and support your local market! Lots of small businesses are under one roof, offering a great variety of food and drink, all made, grown, raised, and produced by the stall holders themselves.

You'll also find unique, quality jewellery and crafts that you won't find in shops. Looking for something different?

Come along to the Great Staughton Food and Craft Market this Saturday from 10am till 12.30PM at the Great Staughton Village Hall.
Free Entry and the market is dog-friendly. Free parking and street parking, and refreshments and seating available too!

☀️ 15-Minute Mediterranean Orzo 🇬🇷

When it’s too hot to spend hours in the kitchen, this fresh, colourful bowl is just the thing. Bursting with Mediterranean flavours and ready in just 15 minutes, it’s the perfect summer lunch or light supper.

You’ll need:
🫒 250g orzo pasta
🍅 A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
🥒 ½ cucumber, diced
🫒 A handful of Kalamata olives
🧀 100g feta, crumbled
🌿 Fresh basil leaves
🍋 A generous drizzle of NEW Drizzle It! Mediterranean Garlic Dressing

Simply...
• Cook the orzo according to the packet instructions and drain.
• Toss with a generous drizzle of Mediterranean Garlic Dressing while still warm.
• Stir through the tomatoes, cucumber, olives and most of the feta.
• Scatter over the basil and remaining feta.
• Finish with one last drizzle of dressing before serving.

For a heartier meal, top with grilled chicken or halloumi.

Simple, fresh and full of Mediterranean sunshine... no passport required. 🌿☀️
