These aren’t just tubs full of sauce. We’re using quality meat, proper marinades and our own added ingredients to make something quick, easy and full of flavour.

🌭 Fresh sausage experiments today at Tinkler’s! 🌭

We’ve been busy this morning making some very small batch specials, and we’d love your feedback.

We’ll be cooking free samples from around 8:30am, so pop in early if you fancy trying them warm! They’re still lovely cooled down too 😄

Today we’ve got:

🌿 Wild Garlic & Parsley Sausages
Made fresh at 6am this morning.
A proper meaty sausage, minced once, in a thin skin.
Fresh wild garlic, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper and white pepper.
Gluten free, no rusk and no added water. Simple, fresh and absolutely lovely.

🧀 Stafford Sausages
Designed to be perfect in a Staffordshire oatcake!
Gluten free, no rusk, no added water.
Made with our homemade caramelised onion, Staffordshire cheese, salt, pepper, a touch of mustard powder, sage and a few herbs. Subtle, balanced and really tasty.

These are very small batches and only have a short shelf life because of how fresh the ingredients are, so they’re best enjoyed over the next couple of days.
