We've got another batch of venison pastrami made and ready for you on the deli counter. 🙏

Crafted with care by Carl, whose skill has earned him a 2 Star Great Taste Award, and a National Craft Butchers Award, it’s simply smashing in a sandwich – we particularly like it on a New York deli-style sandwich – or in a hearty hash with diced potatoes, onions, peppers, and a couple of eggs. A lovely brunch idea, wouldn’t you agree?

But don't take our word for it. Here's what the judges had to say:

"This is quite stunning. Deep red, sliced to perfection and offering a subtle aromatic nose which is utterly moreish before we've even taken a bite. On tasting, this is sweet, gently iron with a perfect smoke that allows the meat to shine. Well balanced brine and complete consistency in every mouthfeel. Judges really enjoyed the chew - not hard work as it is tender - but enough to make you work to release all the mouth watering flavour. This is an absolute stunner."

Made by hand and linked the traditional way, these sausages combine prime local pork with the rich, smoky flavours that make chorizo such a favourite. Full of character, beautifully seasoned, and guaranteed to liven up any meal. 😊
