UNSUNG HEROES...
At Natural Meats, on top of being best in class traditional butchers (self-awarded but nonetheless true), we also carry a range of chutneys, cheeses, spices, eggs and many other goodies that are well worth a try.

This weekend is going to be yet another scorcher – it is currently warmer in Staines than in Marseille. If there is ever a barbecue time, now it is.

If you don't have a barbecue, you can use a disposable one, which is plenty good enough for e.g. our lovely skewers. Add some corn, some bevvies, your best friends and family... Success!

You are quite right!
I am - again - banging about the sirloin.
We are still cheaper than leading supermarkets.
My tips, actually more of a preference thing:
- get a thick cut. It is easier to cook and the flavour develops better IMOH
- when it it done? My rule of thumb is, when you think ´another two minutes’, it’s probably ready.
More seriously, if you are unsure, just make a cut in your piece: if the core is pink but does not longer render blood, you have it. Rare.
Only leave it longer if you like it more on the medium side.
