We start with beautifully marbled, locally sourced pork belly, marinated in our signature Asian-inspired spice blend before being slowly cooked for 14 hours until irresistibly tender. Then smothered in our in house made sticky glaze before the pork is roasted until caramelised, crisp and packed with flavour.

Served on a bed of our addictive ‘Swicy’ glazed egg noodles (sweet with just the right kick of heat), alongside a vibrant medley of fresh vegetables, sesame seeds and Asian garnishes.

In this year’s Dalziel Ltd Butchers product challenge, we have been awarded an incredible 6 x 3 Star Awards for products across our range.

Even more exciting, 2 of those products achieved full marks from the judges and have now been shortlisted for a prestigious Golden Cleaver Award, with the winners announced tomorrow at the Dalziel’s Butchers show in Harrogate!🤞🏆🏆
