💦We had them and we popped them in the slow cooker with some beef stock and sliced red onions. We then added some bisto and cornflour to make a nice thick onion gravy. Served them on top of some creamy mash… proper comfort food

We are just about to cut down some lovely sides of Ayrshire beef to get you your tremendous steak if you are treating yourself this weekend

All of the above will accompany our traditional cuts of beef, lamb and pork. If you don’t see what you want in the cabinet there a good chance it’s hanging in our chill.

Good morning folks. A Quick Look at just a sample of the items in our Friday cabinet. These specials will accompany some beautiful Ayrshire beef, Ayrshire new season lamb & pork.

🩵Black garlic chicken

💙CAJUN CHICKEN LASAGNE…

🩵It’s Cajun chicken lasagne this week folks. Made using only the finest white breast meat in our own creamy Cajun sauce. Layered with a Cajun béchamel and fresh pasta. Topped with mozzarella & white cheddar.

💙STUFFED MUSHROOM CHICKEN…

🩵A boneless breast fillet stuffed with Ayrshire bacon and spinach sautéed in a garlic butter This is then covered in a creamy mushroom sauce. (1 fillet per tray)

💙HOT HONEY GOUJON BAKE…

🩵BBQ glazed chicken mini fillets covered in a hot honey BBQ sauce. Topped with salami, pepperoni and cheese with a hot honey drizzle

💙CHICKEN KEBABS…

🩵Chilli & lime
🩵Garlic & herb

💙JUMBOS OF THE WEEK…

We’ve got 2 pork jumbo sausages for you this week folks

💙PEPPERED STEAKS…

🩵We were cutting these today folks and they cut like butter. Ideal for the BBQ or quick frying as they’re thinner than your normal steak. These would also be lovely stripped and popped in a warm baguette for a peppered cheese steak baguette or panini (2 steaks per tray)

💙HONEY CHILLI CHICKEN SCHNITZELS…

🩵Tenderised breast fillets in a schnitzel crumb, drizzled with hot honey. A tasty quick dinner as they cook really quickly. Serve with your favourite side (2 schnitzels per tray)

💙GRILL STEAKS…

Flavoured steak burger grill steaks. Ideal in a bun or serve with some triple cooked chips.

🩵We rolled some beautiful briskets today folks. Pop them in the smoker, have them as your Sunday roast or cook in the slow cooker and shred for some beautiful pulled beef. Pop in a toasted brioche bun with some greens, pickles, grated Parmesan and some relish

🥩COTE DE BOEUF…

A beautiful sharing steak. Sear in your pan and baste with some butter, garlic & thyme/rosemary. If you prefer sear it in the pan and transfer to the oven. Serve with triple cooked chips, mushroom, beer battered onion rings and our Verstegen peppercorn sauce
