Thankyou to every single person who came to the market yesterday, including 2 police officers who were snapped doing important community work - putting up the bunting which had come down! Thankyou, much appreciated and nice to see you at the market with us:)
All in all it was a good day and you can tell by Jonathon of Cheshire Scrumptious smile, his day was particularly good!

Market in the morning! 10 - 2.30pm on Shaw Rd.
One of our occasional visitors and big supporter is Davide from VinoBuono in Heaton Chapel - address below.
He brings a taste of Italy to the market with hand picked wines and Italian deli products.
At VinoBuono itself there is wine, food and a chance to brush up on your Italian. Beginner Italian classes run regularly there.
If you would like 'that gorgeous wine' you drank when you were last in Italy, have a chat with Davide, he knows his Italian wines.
So, if you haven't discovered Vino Buono on School Lane in Heaton Chapel, we can't recommend it enough, in fact looking up the address on Google Maps, there is a review on a photo ' Really nice vibe to this cosy place, with excellent wine, food and warm service.'

Plus there is seating inside and out - what can more can we say:)

Tomorrow is Market Day from 10 - 2.30pm on Shaw rd
You will find Art Club on the left hand side of Shaw rd, a lovely calm, welcoming space for coffee or a beer and a chance to inspect your market finds.
Art Club saved us from a Curry Bun Disaster last month, we are very grateful to them:) Maki's Curry Buns generator went on strike and she was going to have to pack up, but then a lightbulb moment was activated and she asked Anna in Art Club, who was serving that day, if she could plug in there. With Anna saying yes, it was no more than 10 minutes before extension leads appeared, safety mats for the wires obtained and the lead threaded behind the window cushions so that they could not be seen. Worked like a charm - thankyou to Angela and Anna!

VinoBuono 8 School Lane, Heaton Chapel SK4 5DG is where you will normally find Davide, but we have persuaded him onto the market. He will bring Italian Deli cheeses, sausages, salami, pasta, desserts, sauces like 'Nduja, biscuits and some very nice Italian wines
