At Tawny, we make everything from scratch, our sauces, focaccia, pickles, the lot ! We use local & organic suppliers where possible. We avoid ultra processed ingredients and use the best cooking ingredients we can get our hands on!

We’re currently stocking on our deli shelves, we love their Japanese pantry staples, just simple ingredients as they should be without any additives, chosen for flavor rather than shelf life !

Join us next weekend (16th & 17th May) to celebrate our 2nd birthday. We’ll be opening up the garden again, booking are now live and if you would like to bring a picnic blanket please do! .

Special menu running both Saturday and Sunday.

Expect birthday cake, bubbles, baked ziti, lasagna, and big bowls of spring salads.

A big thank you to all our lovely customers, past and present, for all your support over the last two years.

It feels more important than ever to show up for local independent businesses, so we’re very grateful every time you choose to spend time with us.

An Evening for Palestine at Tawny Stores.

Join us for a 4-course Palestinian feast, cooked with care and shared around the table, an evening rooted in food, community, and solidarity.

All proceeds from the night will go to , a Palestinian-led grassroots collective working between Gaza and Egypt. They operate without overheads or salaries, with funds going directly towards sourcing food, organising distributions, and delivering aid to displaced families under incredibly difficult conditions.

This will be a simple, generous meal with dishes designed to be shared, conversations to be had, and a space to come together with purpose.

✨Full-Time & Part-Time Chefs
Love of honest, seasonal food, using great produce. We work with local organic growers and producers, making everything from scratch. We enjoy changing up the menu, making the most of what the seasons have to offer & what we genuinely want to eat.

✨Front of House/Barista 16-22hrs (Weekends essential). After a busy start to the year we’re looking for a friendly, warm, all round good egg to help look after our lovely community of customers !

Thanks to everyone who’s joined us at Tawny Suppers the last couple of months! It’s been a lovely night with you all & we’ve decided to run our suppers on the last Friday of every month going forward!

Feb is fully booked but we still have some spaces for 2 available at 6pm & 8pm for our March and April Suppers.

Our menu changes monthly, always a 4-course, seasonal supper, using the very best organic ingredients we can get our hands on ! Alongside the supper we have a beautiful selection organic and biodynamic wines, craft beers and sodas.
