A big part of Bramhall Wellness Day on Saturday is the opportunity to explore and visit the places that bring you wellness all year round.

Amaranth on Bramhall Lane South are offering free tastings and advice, 15-minute £5 massage and a huge 15% off a facial with Claire
Simply Books on Moss Lane will have a display of Wellness books and are offering book advice.
Body Barre Boutique also on Moss Lane are offering free fitness classes
Trek Bicycle Bramhall in the Village Square will be offering cycling advice
Outside The Box Board Game Cafe on Woodford Road will have a stall at the market offering digital detox with a board game and have planned a Texas Hold'em Poker Night on Saturday evening.

A great friend of ours is at Stockport Garrick Theatre this week in Neil Simon's hilarious comedy The Sunshine Boys.
