Hello other supermarkets.

Don’t scroll away just yet – we’re not trying to start supermarket beef (a first for us, we know). We’re asking you to join us and Freedom4girls on our mission to help fight period poverty.

In this country, 1 in 10 said they struggle to afford period products. Don’t know about you, but we think that’s pretty unfair. That’s why we’ve been providing free tampons and pads in our customer and colleague toilets since 2025, so whether you can’t afford them or have just been caught short, you’re able to get sorted and get on with your day. No codeword or loyalty card needed.

We’ve managed to give away a million period products to those who need them, and we’ve donated a million of our own to charities – meaning more can get free products easily and discreetly. Nice that isn’t it?

So, now it’s your turn. Join our mission to make sure nobody has to miss out on period essentials. We might even promise not to rinse you on socials for a few days as a thank you…
