We’re looking for:

Buffalo & Co Kitchen is a farm-to-fork eatery operating from a small, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen at Oakleys Farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
We serve gourmet buffalo smash burgers using the farm’s own home-reared water buffalo, creating something a little different with quality and provenance at the heart of what we do.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, like-minded people to join the team for busy weekend shifts, with the possibility of additional weekday evening work during the summer months.
We’re looking for:
Chefs / Cooks
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
* Professional and reliable attitude
Front of House / Till Operators
* Friendly and confident with customers
* Willing to support the kitchen team when needed
* Excellent customer service skills
Essential:
* Previous experience within a food environment
* Professional, punctual and hardworking individuals
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Full training will be given to both roles.
An idea of current hours:
Saturday: 12pm–8pm
Sunday: 12pm–6pm
