🐝 A good problem to have.

Two full supers, straight off a thriving hive and sitting in our kitchen — frame after frame packed edge to edge with capped, golden honey. Getting boxes this heavy back to the kitchen is always a good sign: the colony's healthy, well-fed, and doing exactly what it should.

🍯 This is where it all begins.

Once a frame is ready, we scrape the comb by hand or crush it to release the honey — no heat, no shortcuts. It's then strained to remove the wax, leaving pure, raw filtered honey exactly as the bees made it.

It's slower than machine extraction, and messier too, but it means every jar keeps its natural texture and flavour intact. This is small-batch honey in the most literal sense.

Fresh honey comb from one of our hives!
An almost perfectly full frame of honey comb! We have more honey available for purchase through the summer. Available in 1lb and 1/2lb jars, as well as honey comb.
