Woody’s been around butchery for a long time – he first started in the trade at just 17 years old, after leaving school and working as a burger boy, delivery lad on a bike, and even a dishwasher. Those early days gave him the graft and determination that’s carried him through the years.

These days, Woody is the friendly face running the front shop at WJ Macdonald in Stornoway, always ready with great service – and he makes a cracking cup of coffee too! ☕🥩

We’re delighted to celebrate this milestone with him – well done, Woody! 👏 It has been a pleasure to work with you!
