We’re a little bit late in posting this, but it’s Great British Beef Week.

Here at George Arthur’s we’re proud of carrying on the tradition of buying carcass meats. We have a great relationship with our farmer who knows exactly the beef we like. It’s local, grass fed & looked after to the highest welfare.

We dry age our beef ourselves starting off the process in our Himalayan salt chamber before moving forward to our shop dry ager in preparation for selling. Both the quality carcass and aging process produce the perfect steaks & roasting joints.

The final preparations are complete and we’re all ready for our first day of Christmas collections tomorrow!

Please help us to try and keep waiting times down by having your order number to hand. If you have lost your ticket please don’t worry as we do have a backup system in place.

We will be unable to reply to any enquiries on social media over the next few days and thank you for your understanding.

Our team have been amazing in working hard and long hours to prepare everything to the high standard that we pride ourselves on. Thank you in advance for your kindness & respectfulness towards them.
