We are thrilled to launch La Via Latteac (The Milky Way).

Join us in the path of cheesemaking with our award winning master cheesemaker Davide at .

Learn about the history and science of cheesemaking.

Hear about the creation and ethos of velocheese.

Try your hand at stretching and forming Fior di Latte Mozzarella, creating Stracciatella and hand making Burratas.

Enjoy your creations together with accompaniments, Italian Fizz/wine and share in Davide's love and knowledge of Italian food.

Make sure you come hungry!
