Turkish BBQ Course at Hampshire Deli & Farm Shop this weekend was a WOW and a knockout, thanks to our teacher Hulya Erdal of .
Turkish kebabs with lamb, chicken, and minced lamb, Kleftiko, Lahmacun, sea bass baked under salt, hand made Turkish Pide breads, tzatziki, humus, and salads, all hand made.
If this looks like your type of think, we have two courses running in July. On the 19th July, its an Argentinian ASADO 'live fire' course with Rodriguez who hails from Chile. And Hulya is back on the 26th July for her next course which will be Turkish & Greek.

DELI OPEN DAY - 6th June POSPONED
Saturday will be just a normal day at The Deli and at Wolverton Park Butchers, with business as usual, and all the normal goodies.

Due to the weather forecast predicting persistent rain throughout Saturday, the ‘Deli Open Day’ scheduled for 6th June will be potponed. We are extremely disappointed, but feel it is the right decision for visitors, exhibitors and everyone involved.
