Karen in a Jam

Karen in a Jam "In-a-Jam" is the creation of Karen; a country housewife based near Hints in rural Staffordshire.

Each product is homemade in small batches using an AGA with time and care. We currently have a small but loyal customer base and supply local butchers and gastro pubs as well as the occasional walker on the Heart of England Way. The ethos of "In-a-Jam" is to use local and seasonal produce as far as possible, meaning that our varieties are constantly changing. Our product range varies depending on

the produce that is available and the mood of the cook, who likes to experiment with new and sometimes daring flavours! Karen is always open to suggestions, if you have any particular cravings. Any feedback on products that you have bought would be much appreciated. We also provide small hampers and gift packs which make ideal teacher presents, wedding favours and hostess gifts. Karen regularly gives talks, in a lighthearted way, to ladies groups, on all aspects of preserving.
