Our Post Workout Hazelnut Peanut Butter Sachet are enhanced with Ganeden BC30 Probiotic Live Cultures. With 6.2g of protein per sachet they’re a moreish mix of drizzly chocolate hazelnut, cacao and Ganeden BC-30 probiotic live cultures.

Research study shows probiotic cultures improve utilisation of protein, particularly leucine absorption. Leucine is the most important amino acid to increase post-workout effects on muscle protein synthesis. This improves performance and reduces muscle damages.
