Ohh, we're excited about this one... Darren, Morgan's Country Butchers & Smokery will be on The Cheese Wedge Company. Chef Demo stage on Sunday, 28th June 🥩

Talking all things meat, Darren will break down, de-bone, and prepare a side of Pork into classic, much-loved cuts and joints. You'll see the knife skills of a Master Butcher, making use of every part of the Pork.
