Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of looking after a past client’s gorgeous toddler at their wedding (I had cared for mum and baby postnatally). We did a few settling in sessions to reacquaint before the wedding and on the day she was so happy and content in my company. Mum and dad had the most magical day and I equally had one too, I so love being a part of my client’s special moments in life, it connects us even more ###

Stepping back a bit from posting, and truthfully, the social media aspect isn't my favorite. But what I adore is being a constant source of support and guidance for new mums and parents. Whether it's feeding, sleeping, or just a listening ear, that's what I'm here for. I'll try to make more of an effort to share updates, so you might see me popping up more often! Right now, I'm loving every moment with the gorgeous twin girls I'm supporting - being a doula is a dream job!

Three years on, recreating this wonderful moment with my gorgeous birth client and her baby/toddler. There is something very special about the connection you make with your birth client, no matter how long it has been since you’ve seen each other, there’s this wonderful bond, so much respect and love for them, having entrusted you with the most important experience of their life, there is no better job # birth

Hello lovely mums of Thames Ditton and beyond. Please do drop in and say hello to myself and Laura, two local postnatal doulas, at our free postnatal support group in Vital Village. This will run the last Friday of every month beginning Friday 28th February.

It’s an opportunity for you to connect with other mums in a beautiful safe space where we will offer postnatal and feeding support. I am a qualified breastfeeding peer supporter, but can also help with bottle feeding as well.

We will also welcome some guest postnatal expert speakers each month, ie women’s Health Physio/ cranial Osteopath, postnatal Pilates teachers who will offer some valuable guidance to you and your babies wellbeing .

We all love a chocolate treat and this one is a guilt-free one. Medjool dates filled with almond nuts and peanut butter, dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with pistachio nuts or sea salt. They are as good as a snickers bar, so delicious and with natural sugars!! My lovely postnatal parents absolutely adore these and it’s such a treat when you’re tired and weary

This delicious halloumi and couscous salad is such a treat, so healthy and nutritious too. All my lovely postnatal mums love it and it’s incredibly easy to make. Healing foods are powerful in recovery and every new parent deserves to be spoiled with food like this after birth and beyond
