Giusti Day 2026

It was in 1605 that the name Francesco Maria Giusti appeared on the first census of a Merchant Guild in Modena, under the new Duke Cesare d'Este, becoming the first witness of the work of the Giusti family, the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
We have been fortunate to spend time at the Giusti HQ in Modena with part of the Giusti family and their dedicated team, where we saw firsthand how tradition and history are poured into creating their outstanding portfolio of vinegars.

Playing with '1605', the 16th May has now become a Giusti birthday, as established importers, we join the celebration with 16 % off the 3 Gold Medal Balsamic Vinegar, as illustrated.
