Job opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient egg picker and packer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that eggs are accurately packed and prepared for pick up. This position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting eggs in a poultry shed
Working multiple positions in a grading shed to include
Putting trays of eggs onto the machine
Inspecting and sorting eggs
Packing, loading and lifting
Arranging orders and serving customers
Occasional duties such as sweeping, cleaning
Other duties as and when required
SKILLS
Hard Working
Flexible with a can do attitude
Willing to get stuck in and work as part of a team
Reliable
Observant with a good eye for detail
Able to use initiative
HOURS – Normal working hours are 30-45 hours per week
Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm (reduced in quite periods)
Ideally every other weekend (Morning only)
There is the possibility of being flexible with these hours or job share for the right candidates
Will require own transportation due to location
Due to strict bio-security regulations staff are not allowed to keep poultry at home or have any regular contact with birds outside of the working environment.

PAY: £12.21-£12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 30 –45 hours per week
