We have arranged a freezer shelf each for rarer meat cuts off poultry, beef, pork, lamb, venison

We have pheasant, chicken wings/portions/thigh meat/whole chicken.

Beef skirt/shin/t-bones/featherblade/flat iron steaks, chuck, ox tail

Pork collar (pulled pork joints), fillet, mince

Lamb flank, neck, mince

Venison dice, steaks, burgers, sausages

Road is getting tarred one side at a time around shop today so still access. Only took a month 😳 but at least it's getting finished 👍
