While most crops are grown quickly and look the same, we decided to take another path.
The heirloom organic fairtrade peanuts we use begin their story in the ancient soils of Uzbekistan’s Urgut region, where water is precious and time moves slowly. In this dry climate, fed by mountain meltwater 🏔️, the plants grow at their own pace 🌱. This gives us smaller, denser peanuts full of natural oils, with a deep, memorable flavour you won’t find in regular peanuts.
These are real open-pollinated heirlooms, grown from seeds handed down through generations and never changed by industrial breeding. Each batch is processed in solar-powered facilities and carefully hand-sorted by skilled local women, helping to protect both the land and the community that cares for it.
This is more than simply a snack.
It’s nourishment that respects the energy of the plant, the land, and the people behind it.
We believe food should tell a story, one about patience, purity, and deep respect.
What part of this journey means the most to you?
Is it the ancient seeds, the special land, or the women who sort each handful?
Let us know what you think, or tag a friend who would appreciate this.
Your support lets us keep choosing a slower and more thoughtful way. Each purchase helps create local jobs for women in their community and protects land with sustainable, pesticide-free farming practices. By choosing us, you help nurture both people and planet.
Thank you.
