Payment
- To confirm an order and secure the date, a £10 deposit must be paid by cash or online bank transfer no later than 7 days prior to collection date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ake is required for any orders cancelled within 72hours of collection date. Ordering & Design
- Should you wish to change the design of your cake, please contact me at least 1 week prior to collection. Changes may incur a small charge, should the new design require materials or time not taken into account in the original price.
- All cakes will be made to match the design to the best of my abilities, however some design specifications cannot always be exact. Collection, Delivery & Storage
- To ensure a cake remains fresh for an event, I recommend that you collect the cake within 4 days of the event.
- Please be mindful that this is not a full time business, meaning collection dates and times have to be arranged around my other commitments.
- Should you wish for your cake to be delivered, a delivery charge will be calculated in respect to the distance travelled and time required.
- Upon collection, cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, and should not be left in direct sunlight. Once the cake has been cut, I recommend that you cover the cake in tinfoil or Clingfilm as any sponge exposed to air will start to go hard. Food Preparation and Dietary Requirements
- All ingredients are bought fresh on the week of collection, and the kitchen has been approved by the East Lothian Environmental Health team.
- All cakes are made in a smoke and pet free home.
- Although most flavours/fillings do not contain nuts, some ingredients may contain traces of nuts.
- It is your responsibility to specify any dietary requirements that guests may have. Communication
- Please be mindful that this is not a full time business and that I have other commitments. I try to reply to all messages within 24hours however this is not always possible over weekends.
- Should you have any problems regarding the cake order or service, please contact me via email or Facebook private mail to resolve the issue.
