📦 A Friendly Reminder About Evri Parcels 📦

We've noticed a number of posts recently regarding parcels being left in incorrect locations by an Evri delivery driver.

Just a quick reminder that although we're always happy to help where we can, we are not an Evri parcel shop or collection point, so unfortunately we cannot accept parcels that have been incorrectly delivered or left outside your door.

As we don't work with Evri, we don't have access to their systems and cannot arrange collections, track parcels, or return items into their network.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us avoid becoming an unofficial parcel depot! 😊

Ps. I did in fact, try to become an Evri pick up/drop off location, though I was strongly advised against this, namely because of difficulties in working with them. Now looking like it's a good thing that we didn't meet their requirements!
