Chywel Meadow Outdoor Reared Pork Chywel Meadow is a young local business based in the village of Goonhavern which is just 3 miles outside the coastal town of Perranporth.

We share a passion for traditional methods of food production with our backgrounds in the restaurant trade. We breed and raise pigs in outdoor systems allowing them to express their native traits. They are slow to mature resulting in a great depth of flavour. During times of peak trade in the summer months we source local Cornish pigs to keep up with demand. Our breeds are Gloucester Old Spot, Welsh White, Saddleback, Large White and Pietrains.
