🥪 WE’RE HIRING – DELI / CATERING ASSISTANT 🥪
📍 Larratt Butchers & Deli – Tunbridge Wells

We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking person to join our busy deli & catering team on a permanent basis.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a welcoming local business, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ The Role Includes:
• Serving customers on the deli counter
• Preparing fresh baguettes & sandwiches to order
• Assisting with food preparation
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness & hygiene standards

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Positive attitude & strong team spirit
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
• Flexibility to work Monday–Saturday between 7:30am–5pm (days off arranged)
• Additional flexibility during busy seasonal periods, especially Christmas

🕘 Part-time hours (approx. 9am–3pm) may also be considered for the right candidate.

No experience? Full training will be provided — although previous deli, catering, food prep, or chef experience would be a bonus.

Dry-aged for two weeks, then sealed in rich beef dripping to take it to the next level. This one’s already spoken for… but trust me, you’ll want the next one.

Dripping-Aged Rib of Beef 🥩🔥

This beauty was slaughtered on 10th April, hung on the bone for two weeks to build deep flavour, then coated in rich beef dripping on 22nd April to lock it all in and take it to the next level.

Left to mature slowly until 20th May… this is proper old-school butchery.
Big flavour. Buttery texture. Unreal crust when you cook it.

This isn’t just beef — this is the main event.
