Hi everyone! we've been a little quiet on here recently as have been so busy with production and packaging, AND with this little guy- ZERO apologies for the gratuitous puppy pic 🤣😇

It's Walnut Wednesday! Well I know it's Thursday, 😎but it feels like Wednesday, so here's a gratuitous shot of our walnuts being gently dried.

We've had some incredible feedback for our walnuts, and it all starts with selecting the best possible Chilean walnuts. 💚

Then, we give them the Kape usual, a soak in spring water with a touch of sea salt, this reduces phytic acid, improving digestibility and reducing bitterness, then they're gently dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve the raw goodness and natural flavour.🏞️

Crispy, crunchy, creamy and GOOD FOR YOU! ✅Enjoy alone, with fruit, in salads, on desserts...

I promise this isn't another 12 days of Christmas post! 🤣

By now you all know that our nut butters aren't run of the mill, they're activated to be easier on the gut, and raw not roasted for a cleaner taste, meaning they're GREAT for using in your own recipes. 👩‍🍳
