🍞 One simple Golden Panda Bread recipe… but how many ways can we cook it?

What should fresh Panda Pasta dough actually look and feel like? 🍝🐼

Fresh pasta is one of those things that's much easier to understand when you can see and feel what you're looking for.

So for this video I've gone in close.

We start with separating the eggs and making our Golden Panda Egg Yolk Pasta dough, then follow it through resting, rolling and cutting — with a few tips along the way about how the dough should feel and how to manage it as it passes through the pasta machine.

And then comes my favourite bit…

Straight into gently simmering water and, in less than a minute, we have fresh cooked pasta. 🍝

🥚 Fresh egg yolks
🐼 Golden Panda Flour
🙌 Mix, rest and roll
🍝 Cut into fresh pasta
⏱️ Cook in under a minute

🍋 What goes into our Panda Lemon Cake Mix? Real lemons.

We take fresh whole lemons, dehydrate them, then let Rocky blitz them into a fine powder before adding them straight into the mix.

No lemon flavourings. No clever additives. Just real lemon — peel, flesh and all.

Because if we want something to taste like lemon… we use lemons. 🐼🍋

🍊🍫 Join me LIVE on Tuesday at 2pm for a little chocolate-orange baking!

This week we're making our Whole Orange & Chocolate Marble Cake — a beautifully moist, fluffy traybake that combines fresh orange with rich chocolate in every slice.

And when we say whole orange, we really do mean the whole thing!

We'll blitz the orange into our cake mixture before dividing the batter and adding cocoa to create the chocolate half. Then I'll show you how to bring the two together to create those wonderful contrasting swirls throughout the finished cake.

During the session we'll cover:
