As timing would have it, our fresh 100% grass fed Dexter beef is in for St George’s Day and it looks goooood👌. Tomahawks, all the steaks, handmade quarter pounders or mince for making your own plus THOSE short ribs and roasting joints. Oven or bbq is up to you but you’ll find us al fresco dining in this gloriousness!☀️

Can anyone shed any light on who these lazy, scumbag, lowlife a’holes might be? So entitled that they can leave this without a thought to be cleared up by someone else.

Big curved aluminium bar with concrete still on the bottom. Distinctive baby blanket box and lots of baby and toddler rubbish. Specific perfume box. Loads of crap food wrappings and boxes. All dumped on a quiet country lane frequented by wildlife. WTAF. If you’ve had anyone take away anything relating to this please get in touch.

No farmers no food. THIS farmer is taking quality control very seriously. Dexter beef tomahawk steak and relatively mini sirloin by comparison. It is reared here, 100% grass fed and never seen an aeroplane.

Yes it’s grey and mis out there for the immediately foreseeable BUT bringing the joy inside is our fresh 100% GRASS FED Dexter beef in ALL the cuts. From the luxuriously rich osso bucco for shin ragu to unctuous short ribs that need long slow cooking (and the patience to go with it) until they literally fall off the bone. We have tomahawks and cote de boeuf, we have sirloin, fillet, rump, flat iron and minute steaks. Mince, diced chuck, handmade burgers, brisket, topside roasting joints and skirt. All fresh in from today, marbled, deep in colour, so full of flavour and most importantly while we read and reread about food security and imports, these cattle are born and reared here on this farm, NOT fed on any grain of any sort and NOT frozen, flown thousands of miles into the country and then defrosted to sit on a supermarket shelf.
