Producer of fine continental-style cured meats. All our produce is sourced as locally as possible. We cure each individual cut by hand, with our own spice mixes. We can be found at farmers' markets in the North East, as well as supplying exceptional restaurants and retailers in the region. We do bespoke orders too, just email us to find out more.
