Loved making this Steven Brown inspired wedding cake for Louise and Ady’s big day. The highland coos are hand-made from as a lift-off keepsake. Bottom tier is rich chocolate cake filled and covered with and morello cherry conserve, with a hint of . Middle tier is white chocolate and raspberry, top tier delicious vanilla sponge. The sunflowers were a theme throughout the wedding decorations with the monogram taken from the invitations. The crocheted coos were an additional gift.
