Deli Chef / Cook / General Food Assistant
The Old Bank Deli, Williton
We’re looking for a food-loving person to join our small, slightly quirky, okay majorly quirky, but friendly team at The Old Bank Deli.
This role could be part-time or full-time, and we’re happy to discuss hours to suit the right person.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a commercial kitchen is important , but we’re far more interested in someone who:
• Has a genuine passion for good food
• Takes pride in what they make
• Enjoys working as part of a small team
• Is organised and reliable
• Is happy to help customers
The role
You’ll be involved in producing a wide range of homemade deli foods, it’s a physically demanding role, including making large quantities of:
• Quiches
• Scotch eggs
• Sausage rolls
• Salads
• Cakes and traybakes
• Seasonal specials
As a small business, everyone mucks in, so you’ll also be expected to help serve customers, replenish displays and support the shop team when required.
