Something new is coming to Fujiwara Japanese Kitchen.

A light and savoury Shio (salt-based) broth, served with noodles and topped generously with freshly shredded Japanese leek, a seasoned soft-boiled egg and nori.

The fresh leek adds a gentle sweetness and aroma to the clear, delicate broth — simple ingredients, clean flavours, and a comforting bowl of ramen. 🍜

Unfortunately, our rice cooker unexpectedly broke down, which affected both our serving times and the quality we always aim to provide. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

The issue is being resolved as quickly as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure we’re back to our usual standard.

From this week, our opening hours will be:

🕐 Monday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
❤️ Tuesday: Closed (Family Day)
🕐 Wednesday – Friday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
🎉 Saturday: 12:00pm – 10:00pm
🕐 Sunday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Please note: If you arrive before closing time, we’ll still be happy to prepare your meal. We never like to rush our guests. 😊
