The lovely Laura & Michael at the Food Library have let me put up some remaining stock for you to come and refill.

This was a more thought out post but then it disappeared so come get some last refills & a chat. Bring your empties as I won't have bags or anything.

Long time no see, how's it going loves?

I'm not sure where the last 6 months have gone but it's still too soon so I'll quickly skirt over it. I do miss you lot though so I hope that you've had a great few months.

I need a favour though. Sorry!

Apparently you can't shove your head in the sand long term so I need some help rehoming our fabulous gravity dispensers.

I have about 40 gravity dispensers of all sizes available along with the brackets, tego crossbars and wall mounts. I need them all rehomed within a week as some very hospitable beauts who have been housing them now need their space back.

So do you know anyone who has a refill shop and needs to expand? A farm shop, a food larder? I'm open to offers and could deliver.

Thank you loves and I promise that I'll do a proper update when my head's in the right space.

I’ve been overwhelmed with the gorgeous people who have helped so far (honestly, there aren’t words - THANK YOU) so if you’ve got a couple of hours spare and don’t mind packing, moving, sweeping, making tea, painting, dismantling I would absolutely welcome the help.

Thank you… also make sure you keep me away from liquids. Apparently white was not the colour to wear today. This does not do the coverage justice but didn’t want to flash…

Also if anyone has a large space they wouldn’t mind housing some furniture until it’s sold? Yes I know I’m a cheeky so and so!

Holding an impromptu last minute sale Sunday 10-2 of remaining stock as frankly my house just isn’t big enough.

Lots of cleaning & body products available as well as nuts, seeds, herbs, dried fruit & oats as well as sweet treats.

I’ll be selling furniture as well. It doesn’t look like it used to so if you’re a regular, it’s not Food for Thought as we know it.

I’m really not over this so happy to discuss weather but not future plans or any of that jazz. Imagine donkey from Shrek if he were tired, broken AND hormonal. 😝

Thanks for so much love & support over the last two weeks. I’m barely processing it.

Food for Thought is now closed.

I’ll do a proper thank you another time but just for the time being, enjoy some dog spam.

I have lots of furniture, jars & ting to sell so stay tuned if you’re interested.

And I’m afraid the chair is coming with me home, so if you see it walking along the A45, I may be underneath (I won’t, that would be dangerous but the imagery amuses me & I’m hysterical so there).
