Well, it’s been a whole year since opening our doors and trading here at Whittys’s shop - and what a year it’s been 🥳

From day one, it’s been an absolute joy to continue having our very our little village shop open 7 days a week, filled with all the essentials, your everyday bits and bobs and of course, a few cheeky treats too 🍫🧁🛍️

We’re incredibly grateful for all the support you’ve shown us over the past year. Every visit, purchase, recommendation and friendly chat means so much to us, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.

Here’s to another year of bringing in new products, keeping your favourites on the shelves and continuing to serve our wonderful little community ♥️

I hate to put post like this, but we are getting a high number of teenagers coming in to buy snacks and drinks which is great and we love seeing them but a large majority aren’t appropriately dressed and it’s not fair on other customers or staff. Walking from the river with no shoes, soaking wet and half dressed is a big concern and we are as a business trying our best to safeguard these teenagers.
So if you are dropping your teenager off in the village to enjoy the river please can you ask them to think about how they are dressed before entering the shop.
