This weekend we have some lovely English Wagyu Beef sirloins which has been grass fed with the addition hazelnuts. direct from
Farm .Incredible marbling and is so rich and delicious ! Different flavour with incredible length and depth .
Nigel also got some Wagyu trim for burgers and made a special seasoning blend .
Cooked some off for the team to try . A wee while later Nigel could be heard saying "why are these all Wagyu burgers in this chill and not on the counter" the answer was quickly given - every team member wanted some to take home !! Now that's a pretty good sign .
More trim Coming in July !

If you fancy trying some Wagyu sirloin we have some available at ( sit down for this) £110kg steaks cut about 5oz as it's very very rich .

Next week we will have a huge range of sausages with some international flavours to get some World Cup vibes .

Well that was a good start to the swim challenge for Cancer Research UK
20k in June . Nigel has just splashed out 5450 metres ( would have been more but his Apple Watch ran out steam !)
But more importantly a great start to the total raised . Nearly £600 !

If you'd like to support Nigel on this challenge that would be great .

Disappointing news the Inverclyde triathlon has been cancelled .So what ever we raise for CRUK McCaskies will give Ardgowan hospice a big donation too . This local charity needs so much support ad so important to caring for people of Inverclyde. Don't worry Nigel is looking for some more challenges to raise money.

Good morning
Nigel is doing the swim 20k in June for Cancer Research UK which is 200 lengths in the pool a week for the whole of June

This will be a challenge as balancing work with training is not easy, as many people know .

Swimming is Nigel's favourite sport from the 3 triathlon sports he does and has been a big part of his weight loss and fitness drive . Saying that he normally does 60-80 lengths per week so it's a big jump to 200 so is a bigger challenge than most would think .

He would be very grateful if anyone would help him reach the target of £200 for this life saving charity. Anything at all does make a massive difference .

We are sharing the link to the just giving page if anyone would like to sponsor Nigel in this challenge . Starting tomorrow for the rest of June .

Please note: We will be posting soon regarding his next big challenge taking 10 minutes off lasts year time in the Inverclyde triathlon at the end of August for our favourite local charity Ardgowan hospice who really need support .
More on that later where we are setting a target of £2,500 which we double !!
