Full house on today's class. Steak Steak and more Steak was prepared with some epic burgers just for a bit of variety 😋

Block & Butchers' first ever steak masterclass took place today! Fun was had, lots was learnt, beef, beef and more beef was taken home!!

We are super lucky that we get to keep passing on our knowledge and skills, and we are always so blessed with how many people want to keep coming to learn.

Sourcing the best, then making it better!!

This weeks lamb and mutton is reared by in Weston Turville.

For those of you who have not heard of Church Farm it is an idyllic farm tucked away between the village of Weston Turville and the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal, Church Farm has been in the Walton family since 1937.
They do a pretty dam good job at farming!

Sunday smiles!!
Masterclass was in full swing this morning as we hosted a full house.
Such a privilege being able to share our knowledge and skills with those open to learning the trade. I think our guests walk away with a greater respect for our craft and a newfound appreciation of just how bloody hard our job is!
Love it.
