Need a bit of support to feel more confident, connected, or ready for what’s next?
The Work Well West programme is here to help and you can now refer yourself online.

At The Stable, we’re offering a wide range of free, supportive sessions through the scheme, including:

✅ Mental Health Support (Group)
✅ Physical Health Workshops – Yoga and/or MSK rehabilitation
✅ Nature-based Activities
✅ Foundational Skills Development
✅ Job Readiness
✅ Work Placements and Volunteering
✅ Arts and Crafts
✅ Performing Arts and Storytelling
✅ Peer Support Community Group
✅ Mentoring Network
✅ Referrals and Signposting Service

You can pick what works for you, and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Who can take part?
To be eligible, you need to:
• Be aged 16 or over
• Either live in North Somerset or be registered with a GP in North Somerset

You don’t need to be unemployed, this support is open to anyone who feels it could help with their health, wellbeing, confidence, or work journey.
