🥧NEW FOR AUTUMN: Pie & Wine on a Thurs-yay!🍷

Following the success of our Beer & Burger Nights, we're switching things up for the season with a brand-new Thursday evening at Method - proper comfort food, made for a cosy autumn night.

Choose from our delicious pies made using the very best of our own Sykes House Farm produce - think rich Beef & Local Ale Suet Pie, Spiced Lamb Hotpot Pie, or a classic Chicken, Ham & Leek - paired with a glass of False Bay Syrah or Chenin Blanc. Add on a side or two, forget the washing up, and settle in for a proper field-to-fork evening 🍽️

The menu changes every fortnight, so there's always a new excuse to come back!

We’re teaming up with stateside grill mastermind Rick Swoboda and our very own Chef Greg to prove that your BBQ is capable of so much more than burgers and sausages.

✨Chef Ben Moore will be back at Method with an evening of Asian Fusion on Friday 25th September✨

Join us to enjoy a special five-course tasting menu, inspired by bold Asian flavours and seasonal ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with drinks to complement the menu and enhance the experience.

With only limited tickets available, this is a truly intimate dining experience. Guests can choose between a front-row seat at the Chef’s Table or a spot at our communal dining tables to enjoy a vibrant tasting menu. 🥩 This week we welcomed the teams from Three's A Crowd Harrogate & CrowdedHouse (Leeds) to Sykes House Farm for a trade visit!

A brilliant mix of chefs and front of house/bar staff joined us for the day - a young, up-and-coming crowd who came full of questions and were so keen to learn.

The day took in a full factory tour, two live butchery demonstrations from our Butcher Mark, and a fantastic lunch cooked up in Method at Sykes House Farm showcasing our farm’s produce.

It’s always a pleasure hosting teams like this - getting to show the people behind the bar and pass, not just the kitchen, exactly where their meat comes from and the care that goes into it.

Earlier this month, we welcomed one of our valued clients, the team from the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, to Sykes House Farm for a full day trade visit!

The day kicked off with a farm welcome and factory tour, before heading to the butcher’s block for a live demonstration: a full “roasting” of beef with our Master Butcher Mark, breaking down ribeye, sirloin, fillet and rump, alongside tasting steak canapés and a Korean beef skewer.

From there the team enjoyed a menu showcasing exactly what our produce can do in Method.
