The Friday Meat Report - this just in...
Well, it's going to be hot apparently so I have majored in the old barbecue fodder this weekend.
We have several large BBQ packs - containing sausages, 2 plain steaks, two marinaded steaks and some sticky chicken drumsticks
Lamb kofta kebabs
Also:
Chicken drumsticks in a BBQ glaze
Chicken wings in garlic butter.
Pork ribs in BBQ glaze
Beef sirloin steaks
Thick pork chops
Unsmoked back bacon
A large bone-in shoulder of lamb
PLUS
some Lubborn Somerset brie and smoked Dorset Red cheddar.
We have also got some gorgeous Dorset charcuterie, courtesy of local venture, Capreolus. Having just road tested it I can confirm it is absolutely delicious. We have some pepperoni and also a pack of mixed meats.
