Last week was a bit of a blur! So much going on!

Amongst the catering jobs, we was asked to make some of our large signature hotpot pies.

If a jobs worth doing, do it properly It's all in the preparation and ingredients. Why rush these things 🥰🥰

Due to the hot temperature forecast later today, we have taken the decision to close the kitchen for the day.

We have a very small space and when all the equipment is on, temperatures sore to over 40 degrees. It's not fun.

Instead we're going to carry out a deep clean and purchase some new cooling equipment for the incoming summer.

We'll be back open tomorrow at 7am.
