We’re looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in traditional butchery skills, high-quality products, and excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full carcass breakdown (beef, pork, lamb, poultry as required) - ability to make sausages would be a bonus
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Portioning, trimming, and preparing meat for retail or wholesale
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
• Proven experience
• Strong knowledge of cuts, preparation methods, and meat handling
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (qualifications preferred)
• Reliable, hardworking, and good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
