I’ve made different birthday cakes for Ethan over the years, but this one had a clear goal behind it.

A raw chocolate & orange cake, created without vegetable or seed oils, keeping the ingredients as clean and natural as possible.

Layers:
Raw pecan, cashew & coconut base with cacao and orange zest
Fresh orange agar jelly
Raw chocolate & orange cashew cream
Finished with a raw chocolate–orange ganache drip

Decor:
Handmade raw chocolate–orange number
Homemade dehydrated orange slices
Orange honeycomb
Chocolate–orange balls
